"After some 1-1 PT- sessions I heard about Team Training. I was curious, I signed up and was very excited about how it would be to train strength in a group with others. I have not regretted for a second that I joined the program!
I'm super happy with Team training in all respects. The current training is varied, programs contain varieties of exercises so that they are suitable for all attendees, and to train in a group with others is both fun and motivating.
